Sheet 01 — What this is
Paste in a contractor's bid. BidCheckPro walks it line by line, checks the quantities and the labor against what the work actually takes, and marks what doesn't hold up. You get a plain-English readout before you sign, not after the change orders start.
Built on 35 years of framing, remodels, and punch lists — not on scraped price lists.
| Item | Qty | Rate | Total |

Sheet 02 — About
A bid is the one document in a project that decides everything, and it's the one document nobody outside the trade can read. Line items are vague on purpose. Allowances hide behind one word. Labor hours are the easiest place in the world to add ten percent and have nobody notice.
BidCheckPro reads the bid the way an estimator would. It checks quantities against the scope, compares labor hours to real production rates, and looks for the things that get left out on purpose — permits, disposal, finish carpentry, the second coat.
A marked-up copy of the bid with every questionable line flagged, a short note on each one explaining what's off, and the questions to ask before you sign. Written so you can hand it to the contractor without an argument.
Sheet 03 — Tools
Bid review is the core. These are being built alongside it.
Paste a bid. Get it back marked up, line by line.
Turn a rough description of the job into a scope a contractor can bid against.
A change order mid-job is where budgets die. Same review, faster turnaround.
Concrete, framing, roofing, drywall, paint. Quantities you can check the bid against.
License, insurance, and lien history — the three things people skip.
A draw schedule that keeps you from paying for work that isn't done yet.
Sheet 04 — Bid review
Paste it in and it comes back marked up in under a minute. Works both directions — on a bid you received, and on one you're about to send.
The code comes with your purchase. If you just paid and landed back here, this unlocks on its own.
