The problem

A bid is the one document in a project that decides everything, and it's the one document nobody outside the trade can read. Line items are vague on purpose. Allowances hide behind one word. Labor hours are the easiest place in the world to add ten percent and have nobody notice.

What we do

BidCheckPro reads the bid the way an estimator would. It checks quantities against the scope, compares labor hours to real production rates, and looks for the things that get left out on purpose — permits, disposal, finish carpentry, the second coat.
